COMPLIMENTARY DISCOVERY CALL
Let's get acquainted.
We'll begin with a complimentary 15-minute conversation to learn about your project, goals, priorities, anticipated timeline, and the type of design assistance you're seeking. It’s an opportunity to discuss your vision, learn about our process, and determine if the partnership is the right fit. The discovery call sets the foundation for the design journey, ensuring a seamless and tailored experience from the start.
2.
SIGNATURE HOME DESIGN CONSULTATION
Let's experience your space.
During this 1.5-2 hour in-person consultation, we’ll review your design questionnaire, walk through your space together, and talk through what’s working, what isn’t, and what you’d love to see instead. During this time, we also take key measurements and notes so every decision that follows is grounded in your actual space.
This consultation becomes the cornerstone of your design plan, giving you clarity, expert guidance, and a clear next step toward a home you’re excited to come back to. At the end of our time together, we’ll outline recommended services, timing, and potential follow-up so you know exactly how to move forward.
3.
SELECT YOUR DESIGN SERVICE
Based on what we uncover during the consultation, we'll recommend the service and scope that best aligns with your project's needs.
This may include:
- Concept Design
- Custom Design
- Designer for a Day
- Designer by Your Side

SIGN SERVICE AGREEMENT AND COLLECTING RETAINER
Signing a Service Agreement establishes the terms of the project, including scope, timeline, responsibilities, and payment structure, ensuring clarity and alignment between both parties. A Retainer Fee is collected upfront to secure our time and commitment, allowing work to begin immediately.

DESIGN + TOUCHPOINTS
This is where your vision begins taking shape.
Depending on your selected service, your project may include design recommendations, concept boards, selections, 3D visualizations, in-person visits, and other agreed-upon deliverables.
Throughout the process, we'll communicate with you at established touchpoints so you remain informed and confident in the design direction.

BRINGING IT ALL TOGETHER
With a thoughtful design direction and informed selections in place, you'll have the tools and guidance needed to move confidently toward implementation and enjoy a home that feels intentionally designed for you. Upon project completion, we may capture professional photographs to showcase the transformation in our portfolio. Shortly after, we will follow up to ensure your satisfaction and address any final details. As part of our commitment to quality service, we remain available for ongoing support and check-ins to simply stay in touch.
